Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

CraftWeb.in specializes in website development, brand presence enhancement, and custom web applications. The specific deliverables for each package—Basic, Business, or Premium—are defined on our Pricing page and confirmed via initial email consultation.

2. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: Modern web projects typically require a 50% advance to initiate design and development.
• Final Handover: The remaining balance must be cleared once the development is complete and before the site is live on the primary domain.
• Domain/Hosting: Package prices include domain and hosting costs for the specified duration (1, 2, or 3 years). Renewals thereafter will be billed at standard market rates unless a maintenance contract is in place.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Once full payment is received, the client takes 100% ownership of the website's final design, custom code, and content. CraftWeb reserves the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is specifically requested.

4. Revisions & Maintenance

• Revisions: Each package comes with a set number of revision rounds (e.g., 2 for Basic, 3 for Business). Additional revisions requested beyond the quota may be billable.
• Support: Premium packages include priority support. General support for all clients is available via email or WhatsApp during business hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

CraftWeb is not responsible for any loss of revenue or data resulting from third-party hosting failures, domain registry issues, or client-side modifications made after the official handover.
